At LESS 17, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and accessories remain attached and included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
